⁠netFIELD App IO-Link Configurator

⁠Product Information

The container "netFIELD App IO-Link Configurator" enables configuring IO-Link devices over IO-Link masters that do support services in accordance with the OPC UA for IO-Link Companion Specification⁠.

The configuration of IO-Link devices is conveniently done through a web UI after the configurator has loaded, by mouse click, the IODD files of the identified IO-Link devices from the Qualified Source of Information, IODDfinder⁠. The configurator also provides the option to manually upload IODD files.

Accessing the IO-Link devices over their masters may work simultaneously while they are online and under the control of a PLC or network controller.

Without a license key, the container cannot be operated or used.

⁠Running the container using Docker Compose

The most convenient way to start the container is using docker-compose with

docker-compose --file <docker-compose-file.yml> up -d
