Runs mm, a minimal coding agent for local LLMs, in its single-window terminal mode (`mm -tui`) on the workspace. The model server (Docker Model Runner or llama-server) stays on the host: inside the sandbox `localhost` is the sandbox itself, so the configuration file must reach the host through host.docker.internal — agent.dmr.yaml already falls back to it.
